Refund Policy

A return or exchange may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. We accept defective goods as well as non-defective goods, including an unwanted purchase, a personal-preference change or an item chosen by mistake. Items must still be new, unused and in original condition; retain the original packaging, tags and all included accessories.

Please ask for approval before mailing a return. Provide the order ID, checkout email and reason. Where an item is damaged, faulty, wrongly supplied or incomplete, attach photos or video showing both the item and its packaging. An item materially different from its description is also eligible for review.

The return route is by mail. Your package includes a free return label, and we do not apply a restocking fee. Exchange requests are fulfilled according to current inventory. We process approved refunds back to the original payment method within 10 days, with any later account-posting delay controlled by the payment provider.
